simultaneous machining, up to four tools in the cut, Tornos Deco Swiss Machines.
This equipment is superior for Medical, Aircraft and Firearms components,

High pressure coolant
pumps, Swiss Lube oil, and hundreds of accessories make significant differences
when machining complicated parts in today’s high alloyed materials. C-axis, thread
milling poligoning, milling with 2 separate slides, and drilling at the same
time, allow for parts machined complete in one set up, insuring dimensional
stability each and every time. |

The
president and owner of Supreme Screw Products began his training on Tornos Deco
equipment in
Switzerland, working directly for the Tornos Bechler Corporation. He
later became the Senior Service and Application Engineer for Tornos. He was
responsible for teaching and training personnel at companies throughout the
United States in the use and operation of Tornos equipment. |
